2025 Membership Cycle

Membership Application Deadline: March 1, 2025

The CSA is now accepting applications for membership online for Active and Associate membership.

The Central Surgical region covers many of the most outstanding surgical programs in North America. The object of this Association is to further the practice of surgery in its various departments, as well as the study and investigation of surgical problems.

The membership application must be completed and submitted online by March 1, 2025, and all support letter(s) provided by March 31, 2025, in order for the applicant to be considered for election to membership at the 2025 Annual Meeting.

Current CSA members may initiate a new application by logging into the CSA Members Only Area and entering the candidate's name, phone, and e-mail address, or candidates may themselves initiate their own applications.

Membership Application Review Process

• Deadline to apply for membership is March 1, 2025.
• Applications are internally vetted and reviewed by the Membership Committee.
• Approved applications are submitted to Council for review, and the final approved list of candidates is put forth at the Annual Business Meeting for vote by membership.
• Accepted candidates are notified of their election after the Business Meeting and then receive their new member certificates at the following CSA Annual Meeting.
