Reserve your room by the housing cut-off date of Tuesday, May 13, 2025. It is possible that the block of rooms (or specific room types) set aside for the CSA will fill before this cut-off date; you are strongly encouraged to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Please note that rooms outside of the meeting dates are based on the hotel's availability.
Reserve Housing
The Group Rate is 259 USD per night plus state and local taxes and government fees and charges in effect at the time of check-in.
The importance of reserving a hotel room at the Conrad Indianapolis within the CSA group block cannot be stressed enough. The CSA makes every effort to keep registration and hotel rooms as low as possible, negotiating the best hotel rates and making the best use of your registration dollars to keep the Annual Meeting affordable for all. By reserving a room within the CSA group block, you help the CSA avoid exposure to penalties for not fulfilling its room block commitments, and thus you support the CSA not only in 2025, but also in future meetings.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests checking in prior to 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.
Hotel Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
When reservations are made, the Hotel will require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. There is a cancellation policy of 48 hours prior to arrival; should a cancellation occur less than 48 hours prior to arrival, the credit card on file will be charged for one night.
