As exemplified in the goals of the Central Surgical Association's Statement on Racism & Diversity, the CSA Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Task Force has been quite productive. The goal of the Task Force is to better understand DEI issues within the association and implement strategies that will have a positive impact on the membership.
