As exemplified in the CSA/MSA Diversity Panel and the goals of the Central Surgical Association's Statement on Racism & Diversity, the newly created CSA Committee on Diversity, Inclusion and Race has already been quite productive. The goal of the Committee is to better understand DEI issues within the association and implement strategies that will have a positive impact on the membership.
