The health and safety of CSA members, attendees, industry partners, staff, and guests, is our highest priority. As such, the CSA is requiring all of its in-person meeting attendees, who are eligible to be vaccinated, to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 consistent with guidelines published by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (for U.S. and for international attendees). The CSA considers an individual as fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the second dose in a 2-dose vaccine series (e.g., Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, Oxford/AstraZeneca, others) or two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine (Janssen/Johnson & Johnson). The CSA strongly further recommends that attendees also have received a booster at least two weeks prior to attendance.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to and including Friday, May 13, 2022: Registrants may cancel either by logging into their existing registration online or by emailing a cancellation request to meetings@centralsurg.org. If cancelled online, a refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be issued automatically; if the cancellation request is emailed, the registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded AFTER the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after Saturday, May 14, 2022. Fees cannot be reduced for partial attendance.
